The Hosts
James and Natacha Baron are the heart and soul behind Fö e Flamma Dal Barun. With great passion, they continue what began in the historic Gasthaus Krone just across the street.
What unites them is their love for authentic craftsmanship, for regional ingredients, and for the joy of gathering around the table. In their new bakery, they carry on the culinary story of the Alps, enriching traditional recipes with fresh ideas and giving them their own distinctive signature.
Through it all, they never lose sight of what matters most: warmth and genuine hospitality. Anyone who steps into Fö e Flamma immediately feels the welcoming atmosphere that invites you to linger.
